Our organization has its roots in other countries and is only now being established in the US.
We have a Unique Philosophy (not Dogma).
That the Divine inhabits every atom in the Universe.
It directs each atom as it will.
Therefore the Divine is in every player as well in the great Spectacle.
If your instinct pushes you to be Submissive that may be your divine calling.
If it is to be a Dom, that may be your calling. (All are here to Serve.)
Many find one path through the other .
We have come to realize as a collective, that empowerment and Honing of that inner instinct or developing on the Unique path, can be Facilitated.
In the absence of good facilitation...
what might be explored in concentuality
is likely to find unhealthy outlets in other ways...
some times resulting in the victimization of the unwilling.

This is Much of the nature of our work as an organization.
To take those pieces and compare them
and move them around till they find their fulfillment,
in their rightful Place within Community.
Whether that be in ritual (Non Dogmatic) spaces of theater
or Rite of Passage...
or in intentional Community.
We do have the capacity to be all these things.
This is a ground level opportunity that surfaces here and there
from time to time ... often under assumed names and titles,
so that we can protect the anonymity that makes our work possible.
You will rarely find anything on the net regarding our work except our rare forays into recruitment.
the org Deliberately keeps its Identity and activities a Secret.
We are a Secret fraternal order. with scouts and rare portals in the world.
We keep extensive records. if you wash out of our processes, it is rare you will find a portal again. We know who is a part of our circle and who has flunked out.
Our standards are High but rarely what people may expect.
Those who attempt to fulfill a ‘role’ or outdated Stereo type, may find themselves unqualified.
Those who Speak with integrity and Sincerity
and are ready to Truly be put to test and put into service ... find bliss.

It Starts with a Written survey.
Communicate and be totally Honest, but respectful at all times.
Those who hide their agendas, or histories, or are unresponsive
will be found out.
and are often cast out as a result.
Do Not Jeopardize what is possible, by being insincere or unresponsive.
