As you exhale feel the tension relax from your body. Every breath more and more relaxing. Feel your calves and wrists relax with the next breath. Feel the relaxation flow through your body. Breath in, relaxing even more as you exhale. As you continue relaxing I want you to start feeing an additional sensation. You will start feeling a gentle warmth flowing through your body. Each breath fills your body with more and more gently warmth. More and more relaxation with every breath. Every breath getting you warmer and warmer, as if a lover's warm breath were against your skin. Every one of your relaxed breaths getting you another warm breath against your skin. Every breath relaxing you more and more. My words guiding you higher and higher. Every breath causing more and more pleasure. Finally, when you feel like you can no longer stand it I let you release... All of the built up pleasure hurtling through your body. My voice guiding you as all of the sensations drive you higher and higher, finishing at a plateau of pleasure that prior to now you could only imagine. All of this without even a single touch...
