I am currently actively seeking a sub for a long term, eventual live-in situation. I have been exploring the bdsm lifestyle for 12 years (returning to the community after a short break)
I am not into extreme activities, and considered fairly vanilla among the lifestylers, although I have interests that are too outside the norm to be happy in a traditional relationship. I’m just a nice guy that enjoys the roles and activities related to a bdsm relationship.

Age similarity is not as important as personality compatibility, and body type is unimportant as long as you are healthy enough to enjoy swimming, hiking, ballroom

Although I enjoy bondage, light spanking, paddling, etc... I am not a sadist, as I do not gain pleasure from inflicting pain. Rather, I consider those activities more for their physical sensation and stimulation. If you require a heavy handed bodice ripper to beat you into submission, that is perfectly ok, but you will not be happy with me.

I do like a clean and organized home, and enjoy cleaning house. Therefore, I don’t expect my sub to be a total domestic slave. In a long term live in situation, domestic chores will be assigned, but shared. For example: I enjoy doing the vacuuming, but I don’t do dishes by hand and I don’t mop. No one touches my laundry. In my lifetime, every single person I have allowed to help with my laundry has destroyed at least one article.
I enjoy seeing my nails manicured. I have always considered seeing a man with manicured nails as a symbol of success. I will teach my sub how I like them done every other week. Likewise, I enjoy caring for, bathing, and pampering my sub. You should enjoy massages, facials, taking care of your skin, and occasional trips to a day spa.
I enjoy travel... I am an explorer. I need a partner that enjoys visiting new places and trying new things.
I like rope art... bondage for its aesthetic enjoyment more than mere restraint. My sub should enjoy being my canvas for practice of this art.
I enjoy opportunities to get dressed up, such as the theatre, or providing fun fetish wear for events such as attending 1763. I do enjoy costumes, especially when they accompany roleplay, and I come from an artsy-craftsy family and can sew, so I enjoy making or buying interesting outfits for my sub to wear... ranging from pretty, fanciful, to exotic, sensual, erotic and naughty.
I will reserve the right to dress my sub, or dictate on occasion what my sub will or will not wear, but agree to not expect attire that is inappropriate to the situation or environment.
