I'm married, and when I use that term, I mean COMPLETELY DEVOTED to my Husband and UNAVAILABLE for anything beyond some flirting and some fun. He doesn't mind me fooling about here, but I tell you right now, I don't want a collar, I don't want your undying love, I don't want your pretty words or promises. I have what I need. I've been living and loving and building a life with my Husband for 17 amazing years, and I intend to keep doing it for the rest of my days. I'm not "looking" for anything in particular. I like to keep myself open to the possibility of meeting those special people that make my breath catch. I have always valued the opportunity to get to know amazing and unusual people. That is no different now. I offer it all up to the will of the universe.. aided by my drive and my passion ~S~

Today is a GOOD DAY! You know when you've been holding your breath, fearing the worst, panicking because you had no idea what you would do when the worst came?!? Thankfully, the worst didn't happen. :D Yay, me!? That's one less thing preying on my mind. I can focus on school (which starts shortly!) now and no worries about how to finance it. No fun having the big scare right before heading back, but I suppose I appreciate it more now that I had to fight for my funding. Good grief. I prefer things to just go along peacefully.

Here I am again in a brand new place. I'm not at all used to the format over here. I'm a transplant from alt. I realized I was just too lazy to move on and broaden my chitchat horizons. It had to get pretty ugly, dramatic and negative in my old haunt for me to finally decide to tug up cyber-stakes and move on. So, I did it. I don't know what to expect from this site. I'm just here to meet some people, enjoy some discussions, laugh a little, share some time. I guess we'll just see how it works out.
