Twas a nice outing. Promptly at 3 tom arrived, dressed in an appealing suit, shoes polished, hair combed. It was a nice touch, the Homberg hat, coordinated to the colors of his suit, his tie, and his handkerchief. He drove me to the tea shop, opened my door, opened the door to the shop, then returned to the car to wait until I was done. Bravo! He was watching when I exited, aligting to get my door. After a few stops, he delivered me home. Well done tom. I will have you back in a week for more driving about. I thought about sending a pair of shoes home for him to polish and return; but, not yet. It was only his first time out, and I am not sure he is reliable. Next time perhaps.... |
