I am quite new to BDSM and have only participated in the very minimum - tied to bedposts with scarves, light hand-only spanking, mild orgasm control. I'd prefer to think of myself as inexperienced, or a newbie, rather than a wannabe.
I like to chalk my inexperience up to two things: long-term monogamous vanilla partners, and my past insecurity problems. Now that I have real, solid confidence in myself, I figure it's time to play with what I've always been interested in.
I'm a really strong and independent woman, and it'll take a strong person to take charge. I'm sick of being with people who always take the backseat and leave me in control.
I'm not actively in search of a long-term relationship, just someone I can be friends with and play with, someone I can trust and respect. I'm open to the idea of higher levels of commitment once I know you better.
