I have been “into” BDSM since I was 11 and found my dad's collection of bondage and S&M mags. Kids today have it so much easier when they want to learn about BDSM. In high school, I found myself huddled in the stacks of a local college library reading a psychological text about S&M.

I haven't had a vanilla date in over 20 years, and have been in a number of D/s relationships over the years. I would say my better qualities include intelligence, sense of humor (though some may tend to disagree) and a highly developed sense of empathy. Now just to be clear I can also be very sadistic, but not in the emotional sense. In fact, my sadistic desires only come out in the presence of masochists, so you may or may not be safe. You know who you are. Or perhaps not, we could find out together. :)

Now if you are reading this and thinking: “this guy is perfect, where has he been hiding”? Well, first, thank you very much. :) But the sad truth is I have a multitude of flaws.

I have been diagnosed with “general depressive disorder” and am in therapy and taking an antidepressant. I am also suffering from complications from diabetes (e.g. neuropathic pain and erectile dysfunction) and have two herniated disks in my back from a recent car accident. As a result of the above, I am currently unemployed. However, I am NOT living in my mother's basement. It's more of a bedroom on the ground floor...

Pretty pathetic, I know. But honest. If you are interested in talking with me, perhaps moving on to hanging out and then seeing what might develop, here I am.
