Thank God the tornado missed me tonight...tornado was spotted in my area tonight around midnight mountain time zone. |

Farthest hour of running in my life...whew - had be mentally strong and kick it for 6.5 miles...along with an ab workout earlier. |

On 3-12-12 my heart rate = 82 bpm. Today, 4-20-12 my HR= 52 bpm. One month, 30 bpm slower...I run about 6.5 miles in 60 min....recovery time is almost instant...weight is between 200-203 lbs. (started at 230 lbs. in the first week of February...started running on Feb. 14th while eating better around Feb. 7th). Now I run with power in my leg muscles from start to finish...with energy to spare. |

Tonight I ran 6.41 mile in 60 min. at a 6.41 mph pace obviously (6.7 miles in 65 min. or a pace of 6.18 mph)...figure I might as well keep a personal journal on here. |
