CONTRACT

This contract is between the following two parties: _________________ and ___________________, “Mistress” and “slave” respectively. This contract is valid on the following date _________. This contract will be signed three times prior to the “valid date”, 90, 60, and 30 days prior. It will then be signed on the “valid date” in which it shall become binding and effective. This will ensure that the signing party knows and fully understands the agreement. And that at no time will the slave be able to claim signing under duress.

PRELIMINARY PROCEDURES

1. Prior to the effective date on this contract, you will undergo a full health physical and be given a clean bill of health.

2. Two large Rubbermaid plastic totes will be purchased. (40 gallon size) You will be given one opportunity to choose the material possessions you wish to keep. These will be sentimental items or items of significance or importance. These two containers will house your possessions that you will be allowed to keep. All other possessions will be sold and/or auctioned on eBay. The two totes will be stored in the attic for safe keeping and will be returned upon your release should I choose to release you. The only items you will be allowed to retain in exception to the two totes will be toiletry items as well as a reasonable amount of clothing. You will be given one small dresser which will house all of these items; socks, undergarments, shirts, shorts, jeans and toiletries. You will be allowed 5 hanging items in a hall closet.

3. You will disclose all your financial assets and bank accounts. You will turn over any savings or investments. You will then contact your employer’s payroll department and have your pay directly deposited into my account. Your pay will serve as “room and board” for your stay. Your total devotion to my needs as well as your domestic chores will make up the difference.

This binding contract will consist of several sections with specific rules pertaining to each area.

PARTIES INVOLVED

You understand that you are responsible for everything listed within this contract. I’m number one, I’m everything to you. I will maintain full and total control at all times. You will obey each and every command I give without question or hesitation. Failure to do so will result in severe punishment. You should understand that your sole purpose in life is to please me and make my life as easy as possible. This concept is the entire crux of this whole relationship. Never will I be found giving you orders; I am not here to order you around. You will be responsible for knowing what I need and expect. You will do these things automatically without being told. This contract will explain in detail your responsibilities and I expect nothing less than 100% compliance. Each and every task will either be completed to “perfection” or it will be done over and you will accept appropriate discipline. I am not here to baby sit you nor fulfill fantasies. I am not here for you at all; you are here for me, period, nothing less. Each day, you will devote your entire life and very being to my happiness and pleasure, nothing else.

LIVING PROTOCOL

You will come and go as discrete as possible. I do not wish to engage in excessive conversation. If I choose to speak to you, you are free to respond, but you will not initiate useless conversation and idle chat. You exist only to make my life pleasurable. You are expected to be out of sight and out of mind. There will be a very small lamp in the living room that has a small nite-light bulb in it. If you need to speak to me concerning something significant or extensive, you will turn this light on. When I see it lit, I will approach you at my convenience and allow you to converse as you desire. You will never interrupt me at any time for any reason; no exceptions. If I choose to give you freedom, I will turn the light on myself. This is your indicator that I would enjoy speaking to you for general conversation and you are free to speak openly. Also, there will be a clipboard in the kitchen pantry. You are to check this frequently as I will jot notes on it as I see fit.

FINANCES and MONEY

You must understand from the start that you will have absolutely no need for money. Your regular employment is nothing more than a tool for me to obtain more revenue for my will and pleasure. You belong to me, how I use you is my business. If I choose to send you to work, I should reap the reward. Upon signing this contract, you will have closed all bank accounts. You will have set up direct deposit of your pay into my personal checking account. This will not be negotiated. Any and all monies earned will be turned over to me immediately. If you are caught with any form of money, you will be dealt with harshly. This will be considered a serious act of insubordination. If I feel that you deserve a small allowance, I will consider it. Do not expect it. Your “pay” will be a sunrise each day – an opportunity to serve me without question. You will appreciate this opportunity as I am worth your devotion.

WORK AND CHORES

You will at all times hold a regular 40 hour week employment. (Finances and money will be addressed in another section) In addition to your regular job, you will maintain the household as though it was your primary responsibility. It does not matter how tired you are from your regular employment, you will not allow it to affect your chores or you will be dealt with severely. These chores will be addressed by you daily. I will NOT take this lightly; and this must be understood upfront.

GENERAL HOUSEWORK

At all times the house will remain spotless; nothing less will be tolerated. Once per week, on your days off of your regular employment, the entire household floor will be vacuumed, also, the entire household will be dusted and or polished. If the need arises prior your days off, you will tend to it then. But, you will still do it again on your days off.

7 WEEKLY DUTIES

During your 2 days off of your regular job, you will be required to take care of certain domestic needs. These are the things I expect to be done over your “weekend”. This will be the only time you are afforded rest. If you can complete them in one day, you can rest the other. Or, perhaps you will choose to do them over the course of two days. This will be the only time you are given a choice concerning anything. If you do complete your weekly chores in one day, I will not tolerate excessive lounging. If I feel you are not using your time off wisely, you will be put to good use. It would be wise for you to have a plan for your days off in order for this not to happen. During this time, you will not leave the home without my approval in advance. No exceptions whatsoever. Your weekly duties will be as follows:

1. The entire home will be vacuumed and dusted.
   
2. My vehicle will be washed, waxed and interior detailed.
   
3. The vehicle fluids will be checked and topped off, including tire pressure.
   
4. The yard will be mowed and any other routine maintenance conducted.
   
5. The bathroom floor will be mopped & waxed.
   
6. The shower, tub, all sinks, and toilets will be scrubbed and disinfected.

7. The kitchen will be sanitized including fridge, stove and oven cleaning as well.

LAUNDRY

You will be responsible for all laundry duties. I have numerous garments that need specific attention in various ways. You will be given 7 days from the signing of this contract to learn which ones and how they must be properly laundered. Some items will be dry-cleaned, some will need folding, some hung properly and others ironed and put away. You will keep track of the dirty laundry and at any time there is enough for a load, it will be completed immediately. Never do I want to see laundry waiting to be done. You will keep it up on a daily basis. If I discover anything folded or hung incorrectly, it will be redone and you will accept reasonable discipline.

KITCHEN AND MEALS

You will be responsible for all the cooking and grocery shopping. You will keep a daily log of what you plan on preparing. This log will be visible at all times and is subject to my approval. I reserve the right to alter it at anytime. If I choose to make a substitution, it must be available. You will learn what I like and be ready to cater to that need should it arise. You will serve me first prior to anything. If I am not completely satisfied with your meal, it will either be changed or redone. You will do all within your power to not let this happen often. Once I have eaten, you may then eat what’s remaining as you clean the kitchen. You will keep the kitchen spotless at all times, absolutely no exceptions! If you wake during the night, you will check the sink to make sure a dish or glass hasn’t been placed in it during the night. I expect the kitchen to remain spotless and sanitized. I will not tolerate anything less. Each week you will be given a specific amount of cash for the purpose of purchasing groceries. I expect a receipt and exact change in return. I will inspect your purchases and if I feel that you have not shopped wisely, you will be severely dealt with for your waste. Waste will not be tolerated.

BATHROOM

As is with the kitchen, the bathroom will likewise be kept absolutely spotless. At no time should there be anything out of place. You will keep the towels hung neatly as well as fresh toilet paper on the holder. Never will you allow the toilet paper to deplete below 1/4^th of a roll. It will be changed to a full roll and the remaining portion will be for you to use. You will not use paper from the primary roll. I expect the bathroom to undergo a full disinfectant cleaning once per week. This will include total shower scrubbing, toilet scrubbing, and floor mopped and waxed.

AUTOMOTIVE

You will keep a constant check on my vehicle. Anytime the fuel level falls below ½ tank, I expect it to be filled. There will be a cash fund for this purpose. Each week you will go over it with a fine tooth comb. All fluids will be checked and topped off. Each week, on your off days, you will wash and detail it. My car will remain spotless and maintenance free at all times. All fluids and oil will be maintained.

LAWN MAINTENANCE

You will be given 30 days to bring the lawn up to a standard that I will approve. After then, you will maintain it weekly. During the summer months, it will be mowed weekly, whether it needs it or not. The lawn will remain manicured to perfection.

PERSONAL PLEASURE

This is a very important area. You will strive to please me in any way I so desire 24/7/365. My pleasure comes first and is second to absolutely nothing. But, most importantly, never will you allow chores and household duties be neglected in order to bring me pleasure. I will be served first, and then, chores will be done; if they go into your allotted sleep time, so be it, but they will be done regardless! No exceptions whatsoever. I expect foot massages daily. You can prepare to give back rubs daily. Although I may not require it. I expect to be pampered to a level that would make the Queen jealous. If I have to ask for something, you are not doing your job. If you see that I have a need, I expect you to meet it immediately without hesitation. You will cater to me hand and foot and serve me with pleasure. There will be times that you will be expected to pamper me by shaving my legs, and washing my hair and back while in a hot bath that you have made for me. You will know when I expect this as you will find it on the clipboard notes. You will pamper me as such with the utmost respect. You will not make any sexual advances toward me during this time. You will obey me without question and will do absolutely anything I say. Never will you question anything I say. If I give you a task that you feel the need to make a correction or adjustment, you may submit it to me in writing. I expect it to be in detail, a minimum of two pages. I will review your plea and take it from there. But, be forewarned, if a suggestion paper is submitted and I decide not to agree with it, you will be disciplined for wasting my time. Therefore, I suggest you truly think hard prior to suggesting anything to me.

SEX

You will enter this relationship not expecting anything sexual from me. Your sexual satisfaction is the very least of my concerns, if at all. If I choose to afford you pleasure you will engage in such as I say so. You may be used to bring me hours of oral pleasure, but you can expect nothing in return. Your pleasure will be derived from pleasing me. I may at times choose to keep you locked in a chastity device. This will be my decision and will not be questioned. You will be closely monitored and excessive self gratification will not be tolerated. If I find you tending to your “need” too often, you can expect to be placed in chastity. Your efforts are to be focused on my pleasure and well being, not yours.

YOUR PHISICAL BEING

You will be assed by a fitness instructor of my choice. She will report to me your current condition. She will inform me of the weight and fitness level you should be at. She will inform me of a reasonable amount of time it will take for you to reach optimum fitness. You will then begin toward that goal. You will be routinely assessed and measured. If I learn that you are not at the point you should be, serious disciplinary action will be taken. I will consult her as often as I feel the need to ensure that you are progressing as quickly as possible. The result will be a very physically fit, buff, slave. Period.

ENTERTAINMENT

You are not here to be entertained; you are here to satisfy any and all desires I may have. But, on occasion, you will take me out to dinner or a formal function. While on this “date”, you will treat me with the utmost respect. Every female who comes in contact with us should be jealous of the way you treat me. I expect my chair held for me, doors opened and held, et cetera. You will order my meals for me. You will see to it that I am satisfied and treated as a lady. You will make every effort not to do or say anything to indicate your submissiveness to me. If you say or do anything wrong or “off color” while in my presence in public, you will be dealt with very harshly in private once home. You do not want this to happen, trust me.

PUNISHMENT AND DISCIPLINE

There will be two primary forms of punishment. I feel these are two of the best ways to deal with insufficient productivity or insubordination. The first form of discipline is corporal punishment. There will be an eyelet installed into the ceiling in the spare room. I will have a set of leather wrist restraints with a small piece of chain attached. In the event corporal punishment needs to be utilized, you will have these placed on your wrists and attached above your head to the ceiling. In this helpless state, you will be given the appropriate measure of discipline. I do believe in severe and harsh punishment. Although one might find receiving 20 licks from a wood paddle harsh for merely not seeing a glass in the sink, it must be realized that it is these types of discipline that molds a male slave into perfection. I expect perfection and you will deliver what I expect. The second form of punishment is confinement. In the event I feel you need time to think over your misbehavior, you will be confined.

This may be within a locked closet or in a bedroom. Length of time is strictly up to me and you will never know in advance. Although these are the primary forms of discipline, I reserve the right to administer discipline as I choose in whatever form I choose. By signing this contract you agree to submit to any form discipline I deem necessary. You must understand that while I may enjoy punishing you at times, that isn’t the reason for doing so. Also, you may feel that the punishments are excessive and harsh. This is to ensure that you remember them and strive not to ever duplicate them. My goal isn’t to sadistically dish out pain; my goal is to mold a human being into perfection for my own personal reward.
