What am I here for? Big question, hopefully short answer.
I’m here to explore different things, try new things, talk to different folks and go from there.
But, I guess the basics first:
Though it may say “Switch” up there at the top, I’m really on the dominant side of things. But, both sides of the equation have their associated draws and with the right person, the right chemistry etc., it can provide a different perspective on things to change around the roles. But, all things have to be right.
But, really, I’m a dominant.
While I’m drawn to many things about BDSM etc., for me, it’s all about the overall experience. What I mean is, I like the “vanilla” exterior with the chewy BDSM goodness in the center.
There are many things outside of the BDSM realm that I'mi into as well. BDSM is a part of things, but not "the" thing.
I’m not really looking to perform in clubs and get involved with that sort of thing. Not really into “the scene” if that makes any sense. Though, what is appealing is a close-knit circle of friends etc. into the same thing.
Overall, though, I’m pretty easy-going. The proverbial “nice guy.” But, when it comes to the kink side of things, very much into the discipline aspect of things. Being a dominant doesn't necessarily mean being a jerk. Respect comes both ways and submission isn't something that comes without it.
Really, in the end, looking to meet new folks, talk go from there. Play partners, friendship, wherever things go.
The other reason I’m here is to expand upon a personal project I’ve been working on. Though, I’ve been trying to figure out a way to write this so that it doesn’t sound both sleazy (the “bad” sleazy kind of way) or totally cheeseball. So, here goes.
I work as a photographer and have done so for well more than 10 years as a staff photographer at several newspapers as well as a freelancer for various magazines, publications, organizations etc.
My background is mainly photojournalism/ documentary work and portrait work as well. I'm interested in shooting things I normally wouldn't shoot for work, focusing specifically on things with a BDSM element to them.
I’m looking to explore the “film noir” style of lighting and produce images with a darker feel to them and a bit of an erotic sensibility. As part of that, I’d also like to incorporate things outdoors, or in places that have more of a forgotten feel about them--old buildings (especially those in a state of disrepair or falling apart), junkyards that sort of thing.

Eventually, though, I’d like to really work on a long-term documentary project on those living within a BDSM relationship. But, that, like most things, all depends on meeting the right people and having a connection.
Anyhow, I’m pretty open and would love to talk with folks about just about anything. Kink, photo, whatever. Like I said, I’m pretty easy-going, open for anything, and if things go right, maybe even have you bent over for a bare-assed spanking. And, other things too. |
