This is it;
I with a free mind and an open heart do give myself to Him in total submission for as long as he desires. I ask that he accept the submission of my will unto his and to take me into his care and guidance, that we may grow together in love, trust and mutual respect. The satisfaction of his wants, desires, and whims are consistent with my desire as a submissive to be found pleasing to him.
I will keep an open mind about trying things that I am not accustomed to or comfortable with and expanding my limits. I will accept the responsibility of discovering what pleases Him, and will do my best to fulfill His wishes and desires. My only pleasure is bringing Him pleasure. I will not allow myself to be harmed or abused, I know that submissive does not equal "doormat".
I will be responsive, I will not try to hide what my mind and body are feeling so that I may assist Him in the responsibilities as my Authority, I know that Dominant does not mean telepathy, and will not expect Him to know thoughts or feelings which I do not share.
Communication is vital in our relationship, I will communicate with complete honesty my needs, desires, limits, and experiences. He can not know me if I tell Him nothing of me. I will not lie or try to manipulate Him.
This is me, this is everything, this is us.
