What a Man really wants.  (Sex?)

            I?ve heard it a thousand times, all he wants is to have sex with her, and I?m here to tell you that isn?t at all what he wants.  It is a pleasant byproduct of what he wants, but it is only the tip of the iceberg to say the least, and only if it comes along with the rest of the package.  Even men who say all they want is sex are just kidding themselves, because a thousand nights of one night stands will never fill the hole deep inside you.  All you have is a couple of people using each other to masturbate.  That will never fill the need. 

            So what is it we do want?  That is a much harder question, and infinitely more complicated.  We don?t like complicated, but rather we want it or like it, it?s there to be dealt with, and until we deal with it, we will never get where we need to be. So let me try and express what I?m looking for, and I have to believe we are all looking for the same thing.

1. I want the touch of her hand against mine, just to let me know she is there for me, and knowing that I am there for her.
2. I want the feeling I had 35 years ago, with two 16 year old kids, holding on to each other with every beat of there hearts, wanting nothing more in this world but to feel each other.  Their world revolves around each other.
3. I want the feeling you have when the one you love looks at you with that knowing smile and you are communicating your worlds to one another with just a glance.
4.  I want to feel her hand brush against my face just because.
5. I want that feeling you get first thing in the morning when you open your eyes, and she is there laying on your arm, and you have never felt so warm.
6. I want to know I can trust her with anything.  She will be there no matter what, and I will never ever have to look over my shoulder, because I know in my heart she is there to watch over me, and the most important thing in my world is to watch over her with everything I have, and never allow anything to hurt her.
7. I want her to come in from a long day, kiss me, and take off her shoes and throw her feet on my lap, just because she can.  She knows that it makes me feel that I belong to her, heart and sole.
8. I want her to complain about what I am eating because she truly cares about my health and well being.
9. I want to walk into a room with her on my arm, proclaiming to the world that she is with me, and I?m with her.
10.  I want to feel the warmth of her breath against my neck when she has a secret to tell.
11. I want to turn in the shower and find her there, because that?s what she wanted to do.
12. I want to hear her fuss about what I?m wearing because she cares.
13. I want to feel that grumbling in my stomach, and the hair raise on the back of my neck just because I am about to see her.
14. I want to feel the warmth in the house when I walk in and know she?s there waiting for me to get home.
15. I want to see the look on her face when I wake up in the morning, when I get home from work, when we sit down to dinner together, when we kick back and relax for the evening, when we decide to go to bed, just before she falls asleep, and whenever I get the opportunity.
16. I want a million other things that have absolutely nothing to do with sex, and when the time is right, and we are all alone, I want to rip off my clothes, fall on my knees, kiss her feet, and beg her to command me to make her happy.
