??? So the other day I go to the mall and I'm by myself.? This small toddler girl for no apparent reason starts making a bee line for me and I stop.? She latched onto my leg and just hugged it till her mom was able to pick her up.? It touched my heart as nothing has in the past and I look back and wonder where all the time went to.? I guess I am regretting the fact that I never had children of my own.

??? My dad passed away on Feb 13, 2008.? The funeral was today, and it was the hardest thing I've ever had to go through.? Today was truly the worst day of my life.? I was very close to my dad...Of course my mom is devestated...He was the kindest and most honest man in the world.? He had a very child like mind and was happiest with the smallest things in life.?

??? OK, if you are wondering where the name came from....There is a classic black and white Sci-Fi movie called "The Day the Earth Stood Still" and the main character of the movie is named Klaatu.? Yes, I confess to being a Sci Fi nerd, but is that so bad?

???? Is there anybody out there that is single and wants to date in a vanilla way before discussing the ins and outs of a BDSM lifestyle?

I am looking for someone that I can become friends with, and if something more develops out of that friendship, then great. If not, then at least hopefully I will have made a friend.
