This is $1,083 pcm, and happy to take bond of $1,083 (1 mths rent) and then rent paid either weekly, fortnightly or monthly in advance!
Rooms are in a house located north of Ringwood (15mins to Ringwood from house), on 25acres, hence is very quiet and relaxing!! You need a car as public transport is too far!
