I suppose I should narrow things down a bit.? I have a preference to those older than I so that I may learn from their experience.? When I say older, I am not talking one foot in the grave, you are old enough to be not just my grandfather but my great-grandfather!? I don't think so.? If I had to put a range, I would say those 35 to 45 are what I am looking towards, however, I will consider on a per case basis.?
