I am a prior Navy Medic.

So, I am now back to learning tai chi again, and finally getting around to learning the guitar. Yay.
My sub has recently been getting into reborns. Wow, is all I have to say about that at the moment, so much effort and patience go into those things. So Sherwood is coming up again. Not sure when I will be going, probably for bondage camp weekend and the German glitter party weekends. not sure beyond that. Been loving all the rain lately. Ground needed it. |

You know, a friend or two of mine have posted to their sites a quote from Marilin Monroe, the one that talks about how if you can't handle her at her worst then you don't deserve her at her best. I agree, and think that applies to everyone. Why should you feel that you only deserve the best in someone. People are not perfect and are prone to mistakes if nothing else.

So, we have been working out at the fair in the Pirate crew. been fun I guess.
Got us a bodhrun and a tipper. Not sounding too bad with it.
But something I have been thinking about, when you send a message to someone, how long is reasonable to wait for a reply... figuring from when the message states that it has been read, of coarse, before you consider someone as less then considerate and write them off as worth less then your time and consideration warrants paying attention to... |

Well, we went out to the Sherwood Forest camping grounds for New Years... had a blast out there. Some of the guys had stocked up on like a grand worth of fireworks.
We had drumming and strings... sadly not so much dancing, but the fire spinning was delightful.
I think some of the better parts involved meeting an actress from the house of torment, and a fresh masochist girl that I got to introduce to knife play, she confessed her interest and I just had to try out my new knife... had fun using the new stiletto blade too... works well with needle play too... and a choke bar for asphyxiation.
Oh, yeah, Kajira bought her master a beautiful old world stiletto for x-mas It is just wonderful.
Funny, Kajira had never had champagne before, so we made sure she got some this year. dam, I was like 17 when I had my first new years champagne... downed half a bottle of crown down with it though.
Any how, it was a blast, lost of fun with friends old and new. Later. |

So, been spending a lot of time with friends lately. Friends are so fun to spend your time and attention on... but in that they are so distracting. That is both good and bad. They can distract you from the things that would be otherwise getting you down, but also from things you need to be getting done. Hope the cycle dose not continue unchanging every week till its unavoidable to get those things done.

We have thought to consider a few girls, but most seem to, shall we say, disappoint us in some fashion or another. Or appear to be interested in only what they can get out of us. And others yet just seem to disappear for no given reason. *shrugs* Things come to those who are patient enough to wait for them, isn't it so?

I've been considering getting a job here in the Houston area, Tomball in-particular, and moving out this way. I would welcome any feed back on that. Suggestions/recommendations perhaps.

So, I find one common thread of concern among people in most social networking sites, that is a general disdain towards the majority of the people they meet on such sites. This of corse does nothing to raise my opinion of humanity or its general populous. What I find tragic though, is that such people quickly become jaded to the site that the receive such misconducted behavior from and either leave the site all together with a lingering bad taste for that site, and in some cases for what the site represents (in this case BDSM). In the end though I'm not sure who to be more disappointed in; myself for failing to shine some hopeful glimmer of mature conversational corespondents, or the near zombie like idiots who pass for a human being simply because its genetically so and we cant prove otherwise -yet- who act more like a troll intent on nothing but hurting anyone and everyone they can because they can't think past their pitiful excuse of gender depiction long enough to realize just how much of a perverted social black whole their ass has become.
In the end I think I will blame them for being an ass-whole to others, but that may just be my human nature taking the better judgment in this. |
