I am a single woman who recently turned 30. I have been interested and studied this lifestyle for a few years now though, I could not act upon my desires because I was in a vanilla relationship. Well, I have officially decided to make a lifestyle change as far as my health and diet. I have recently started the sensa diet and have had some success. I have lost 6 pounds so far! Go me! I enjoy being a BBW and that will not change. I simply want to be healthy. I am hoping that losing weight will help me to increase my stamina, not just in bed but in all aspects of my listyle for me is more about just kinky sex, it is about being able to push my boundaries, learn new things, and grow as a person(not necessarily physically) but mentally, emotionally, Spiritually, and sexually.
