It has been a tiring (and expensive) week. My darling bunny went for her spay on Friday, and refused to eat for quite awhile which made for a panicky Julia. Good thing I work at a vet clinic, eh? Today my cat went for her dental and plastic surgery to fix an eye problem...things went well but she has an e-collar (those plastic cones that go around your cat or dog's head) and is slamming it into things because she's still dopey and apparently cannot see properly at present. Luckily, the rats have not needed surgery...watch me jinx myself.
Looking at the scrollbox with the "recent forum posts" shows me just how dumb people can be on the Internet. Why the hell is a misanthrope on a personals site? I don't know.

I was in Orlando this past week attending a conference for my profession. It was fun, although I seem to have contracted some kind of throat bug and am currently miserable and quite cranky as a result. Some idiots emailing me were castigated as a result.
"Hello, how are you doing tonight?" Not going to cut it alone. I like being greeted like a human instead of receiving a spam-style message about every last one of your fetishes, but please add substance.
Also, if I do not respond, don't sit there and whine at me. Suck it up, accept that your message wasn't worth a reply, and move the hell on. Please. It's only going to get you mocked on my LiveJournal.

I must say I'm tired of my offers of friendship to actually interesting people being completely ignored. The one thing I can say for myself is that I do answer messages, even if I rake you over the coals.
Speaking of which, the latest numbnuts is some dumb "dom" from Michigan! I am so amused. I was chatting with a good friend of mine and showed her this website...I've had a really bad day, all things considered, and spent two and a half hours on the phone bleeding out all my issues and whatnot. One of these issues stems around the fact I may not be able to sew my Japanese ball-jointed doll's formal suit in time for when I need it next month. I've been thinking.
