I believe this is primarily all in the mind and plays out through sex (the broad definition, including kink), that is my particular take on the scene. For that reason I prefer to get to know someone rather than just engaging in random sex - without the mental aspect I can't see the difference between this and hiring a hooker, and I'm not interested in hookers, unless of course my princess is role playing one :-D
I am on the hunt for my next person, I say person because experience has taught me that we have become jargon programmed e.g. if I say "sub" most people immediately think they know what I mean, however, I have learnt after many years of doing this (I've been on the original collarme since 2008 for example, and other sites years longer) that I have my own take on BDSM/Ds/Ms or whatever you want to call it - we are after all, individuals.
It's all about establishing some kind of connection, you could be a "sub" or a "slave" or prefer not to be pigeon holed or stereotyped, it matters not.... all that matters is that you are submissive by design....
