I was a sub when I started out years ago and I do know that ahappy sub makes a happy home. I also know that if you are treated with nothing but mental and physical abuse you are not going to give 100% of yourself. I punish but only when I feel I have to. I try to avoid beatings until I feel all other punishment has failed.
