If done in a game of chance, this is my hottest fantasy but for sure would like to hear other ideas. I would like to see 100 guys compete for a prize, say $100,000 or more (if we could find someone willing to put up the prize money). The way it would work, 100 guys would apply to play the game. Each guy is led into another soundproof room, and his dick is put under a guillotine. He finds out once his dick is secure under the blade if one of the 5 numbers matches his. If it doesn't, he walks away being very happy. If it does match, they tell him that he has one of the numbers and asks him to calm down and tell the cutter when he is ready to drop the blade. They drop the guillotine and put his cut off cock on a platter. No guy knows how many cocks have already been cut when he puts his cock under the blade. At the end, there are 5 cocks on the platter.
