One key point is that it doesn't matter if I'm the one being ified or if I'm ifying my partner (that's the switch part). This is a very simple concept and isn't any more complicated than that statement. I would hope to find a partner where this is 50:50, so that's the only key requirement (otherwise it's not switching).

The slightly more complicated ownership-ifying part doesn't require sex or even touching (although passionate touching is nice).
All it needs is one partner to stand before the other, meekly, and willingly allowing the other to "own" the chattel's body and actions.

That second part is harder to describe but essentially, the ification part is free form.
