Would you believe I am pretty much the only female in the neighborhood who is capable of better household repair and maintenance than ALL the males combined???  I have a side gig now because of it:  Property Management. 

Which means... I really can start a compan,y utilizing it as an environment to take training submissives to the next level.  They learn how to do things the right way, and I have another stream of income to suppliment my goals!

Life is good.

Still lots to sort through, but I have one room emptied and prepared to have the carpet removed and the walls scrubbed.  I am very tempted to have the water turned on soon, but I am still not comfortable with the electrical wiring to just have the damaged areas capped off and service turned on.

At this point, it's become a game and a running joke to see how far I can push my survival skills before I cave and take up the neighbor's offer to commandeer a bedroom.

I cannot wait for alternative shelter for Winter.  I made the decision to create the space I need to be comfortable in while sifting through the ashes and soot.  It's becoming "cozy" and almost fun.  Dario is providing to be a most excellent Majordomo.  Now to continue rallying the rest of the troops I need.

OMFG!!!  I inherited a nightmare!!  The house in Kingman is much worse inside than I was led to believe.  It will cost more to fix it up than it will to tear it down.  I am seeking alternative shelter nearby for the Winter while I deal with sorting through things and figuring out what to do with the place.  It's gonna take a lot of patience and sissy maids to get this job done.
