Positive psychology examines positive subjective experiences, capacity for courage, aesthetic sensibility, creativity, perseverance, altruism, tolerance, and wisdom at the individual and group levels ? which all hit home for me, as these are the qualities of life and individuals that I seek to surround myself with.
I am an artist. I express myself through abstract painting of emotional content with acrylics on canvas, and I sew (and sell on-line) wearable art in the form of patchwork skirts and dresses (hippie threads). I am a student of life and I never let my education get in the way of my learning.
I totally embrace live music and mourn the Greatful Dead and the passing of Jerry Garcia. With joy I attend Phil Lesh and Ratdog shows, as well as Allman Brothers, Roger Waters, Australian Pink Floyd, The Dead, Phish, and many many others. Would love to find someone who deeply digs these sounds as well.
My Ideal Person:
I am seeking someone whom I could enjoy spending time with beyond the playroom. I seek someone who would enjoy camping, theater, live sports, concerts, books, and deep intellectual conversation. Someone who is kind, loving, creative, playful, humorous and thoughtful.
