Hi,

I've been registered here for many years under a different username, but have never used that profile because I'm very confused about what I'm seeking to achieve or even why. I just know that the desire and passion toward some sort of goal is there, has been there for a long long time and isn't going away. It seemed like a good idea to make a fresh start with the username idky. Perhaps with communication here, questions & answers, and much more contemplation, some insights might reveal themselves.

I can only partially articulate these ideas right now, both because of the limited nature of writing and also due to not knowing the appropriate questions in the first place.

Collarme.com seems like an intellectually open and welcoming place to express one's desires, hopefully figure out what they mean and then actually do something about them! So here goes.

As far as posting a picture - I'm not ready to do that yet. I'm well educated, employed and financially stable. Many of the things here are, to say, at the very least, socially unusual. I'm very hopeful but also a little scared of what will come of this. Family and career obligations come first and I would rather sacrifice any personal desires than jeopardize these most important relationships.

So, should next thing I post be about what I'd like to do for others as well as what moves me?
