About iamthesky
I'm a self employed music and event promoter and editor and writer for a music magazine. Spend the majority of my time behind my desk, with my dog, or at my events. I have the kind of career that encompasses most of my life.... i'm always working in some sort of way. Doesn't mean i don't have time for anything else, just means that things are much easier if my partner in crime enjoys my dog and my concerts, as well. I come off as a quiet, somber person at times - constantly looking at my phone for messages and emails for work, but once you get to know me and I open up, you will find none more open and none sillier than me. my bookcase is my trophy case (with books, not trophies), I’m cool enough to like really good obscure music, but not pretentious enough to claim it all the time. I did the rock star thing for a good part of my life, but now im more about the music business. I get excited about little things…. Like trailers at the movies, a good popsicle, having a night where you talk to someone all night about nothing and everything all at once. I have friends, but I don’t have a best friend, except for my four legged baby girl, Leila. I’ve been run through the wringer in many relationships in the past but I hope that I’ve learned from each one and that I’m a better person because of them and my future relationship(s) will benefit because of these experiences. I’m rather sarcastic and silly once I get to know you and know you wont be offended. I’m a singer a songwriter and play various instruments (but well enough to brag about.)
