Ok I have seen people put up on there profile there kick boxers. Kick Boxing is a great fitness regiment that takes some of the boxing, full contact kick boxing and muay thai fighting and turns it into a work out. Most of the time it does not show you how to punch right or kick right as long as you keep kicking and punching the bag to keep moving. Plus the founder of Tae Bo, Billy Blanks who was a martial artist says it will not help you defend your self it is just a work out. Please if you really want to learn to defend your self take a martial art and learn dont think you can learn by kicking and punching a bag as fast as you can. I have been a martial artist sense I was 7 and until you have been hit by someone in a real fight you will never know how your are going to react. I have seen people that were black belts that never spared in there life, get in a real fight and as soon as they got hit they cried like a baby and was worthless to everyone counting on them. I also was a bouncer for over 15 years in clubs with many fight in and out of the ring.

do companies think people are stupid, why would I want to leave a free site to pay for a site that people can easily lie on using fake names and prepay credit cards. to get people to get on there site. When this does not cost me a thing and does all and if not more then most payed sites. Plus if I dont know you then why would you think I would give you my real email account right off the bat let alone give me yours. For all anyone knows I am some 12 year old kid playing around with the hacking skills to take your identity and run up thousands of dollars for video games and porn.
