	About HisslaveDomme When a relationship lasts for years you find that it evolves. The people understand each other better, automatically fit together, and have had to deal with life's intrusions. While the journey may change, which scares some, some can be very positive. Perhaps protocol eases, but love and understanding deepen. I am thankful for my journey, and for its evolution along with my own.

Sometimes, as a slave, you are told to do something - or that you will be doing something - that you know in your heart is downright detestable to you or at the least very uncomfortable.

That is a good time to ask yourself if you belong in the lifestyle. A slave does more than a girlfriend would and expect less. Are you strong enough? Brave enough? Are you willing to put someone else before yourself?

If you can't say yes to these questions then you are only a wannabe. Is that what you really want? A pretender? Someone who is more of a "gimme" person, or who serves to be served?

Be real.

It takes more strength to follow a command than to give one. It takes more grace to follow than to lead. It takes more strength to willingly give your power to another that to be the boss. It takes more than a submissive spirit to serve well. The most cherished of submissives know balance - when to hold their tongue and when and how to speak, the strength and trust to always put another first while understanding and communicating their own needs, and the knowledge of the difference between wishes, wants, needs, and dreams. God, grant me courage, knowledge, and strength to not just follow orders but to always put my Master first, to see his needs and how best to fill them. Let me feel peace whether he seems to notice or not; let my love be selfless; let me bask in every joy.
