It's been a long time since I updated my profile or made a journal entry so thought I would catch up a bit.

I found my mate or rather she found me one evening when we were both online and onsite here. She made a snarky comment about my then profile picture which had one of my pack llamas in it. We started yacking back and forth and 3 days later met on a local walking trail with our dogs and have been together ever since.

We live together in a monogamus M/s 1950s lifestyle. She takes care of me full time and I provide the income, roof over our heads and security. I retired 3 years ago so no more alarm clocks and 12 hour commute/work days!

We go camping with our tent trailer either across the mountains or to the ocean several times a year. We have been going on long road trip vacations to National Parks every year or two. Last Year was a 4 week trip to 6 National Monuments and 5 National Parks in Oregon, Idaho and Utah. Lots of Lava, caves, arches, spires, hoodoos and canyons!

We've been together coming up on 9 years now since we met on that walking trail. We will be together for the rest of our lives! Not bad HUH!!!

Been reading in some of your (submissive ladies) journals that you wish we males would give out with more information about who we are, where we came from and so on. Not really the way the male mind works but will try to oblige.

So here it goes;

   When I was a kid my Dad worked on drilling rigs in the oil industry and Mom was a housewife. Almost a typical 50s style household. I was born in Louisiana while Dad was working offshore in the gulf. We moved a lot following one new oil field to the next, mostly between Texas and California. Didn't stay in the same place for more than a single school year until I was in junior high. By then Dad was getting too old for drilling rigs so he worked in pumping plants on oil lines in California before moving up here to work for Boeing in the late 60s. Been up here ever since. Went to high school in Everett, college in Ellensburg, finally settled in Snohomish County.

   Dad was always head of household, his word was law! Mom was the homemaker, submissive, obedient mostly though I do remember a few times she stood up on one point or another usually about me or my brother. So I come by this lifestyle honestly if somewhat late in life. It took me a number of years and wives to learn where my true roots, desires and natural inclinations put me. So for better or worse here I am, a product of my life experience. I am a Dominant with a streak of sadist in me, but with my mother's upbringing and teachings still in place. I am loving, affectionate, gentle, mannerly yet demanding and stern. All rolled into one.
