I have suddenly realised that I don't like any of the Dublin dommes here. I would say I shouldn't be a sub were it not for the fact that I know full well I would make a good one. But the attitude and responses of the so called dommes in Dublin makes me, not disheartened, just proud of myself and my own integrity, and happy in the knowledge that they are not worthy to be my domme. I have been brought up to be respectful and civil and am never less than so in my communications. Despite several courteous exchanges beforehand (with each domme), however, I have been cursed at (Purplelace); deleted unread (MistressMordant); had my picture collected, acknowledged and then been ignored (MistressJaneIrl); and just generally ignored (DommeinDublin). Yes, it must be me! But honestly, I refuse to be rude and always strive to be respectful and a simple 'No thank you' would have sufficed. Sure, I would be sad, but a rejection is a domme's prerogative. As long as they make that clear in a similarly respectful way. The 'dommes' concerned won't care as they are too much up their own, and not their subs', asses, though they leave this sub at any rate with a bad feeling about Dublin dommes in general. Obviously there are exceptions and MsR and JL will always have my respect, but the others seem to have no real appreciation of their obligations, not just as dommes, but as civil human beings. So to hell with them! Out of collarme I go!
