About Heptacodium
What does one say about themselves? (Yes, we are plural...makes it easier to talk to yourself). I can tell you a hundred stories, some of them funny, but in the end, I'd rather hear about someone else.
If you would ask those who know me to tell you something about me, they'd tell you I make the world's best chocolate chip cookies, am funny enough to be a stand up comic, and am the world's strongest man. What is perhaps even more amazing, when they say things like this, they are totally sober.
What are those things that really rev my engine? I know more about plants than most people ( I work in a nursery), adore my chinchillas (cute, soft, furry all over, nuff said) and will read most anything in print. I tend to look at the world from an angle not always seen, much less understood, my sense of humor tends to the dry and sarcastic, and my vocabulary tends to the obscure. I like to consider myself smarter than most, although sometimes I may wonder.
My latest project involved the creation of two lamps and a water fountain that shot eight feet in the air. My latest personal goal is to master a thorough grasp of soils and to become more proficient in the languages of Chinese and Russian.
What am I looking for? Therein lies the catch. I am looking for a partner, an equal, someone who has met the worst the world has to offer and has come through, perhaps not unscathed, but at least not hindered by the events of the past. I want someone who I can take the rest of my life to get to know. Things that get you serious extra points: the ability to play classical music phenominally well, martial arts proficiency, great mechanical aptitude, advanced knowledge in just about any field.
Things that are greatly important to me: Knowledge, intelligence, respect, a willingness to understand viewpoints different than your own, and a curiosity about life in general.
