Hello!
I'm single, male, Dominant/Top, 47, mostly het and poly. I am a research physicist, a great play partner, a stern master, and a warm friend. I am into both D/s and SM and prefer to play as close to the edge as I can with reasonable safeguards.
I've been heavily involved in the public lifestyle for the last six years, the last three here in Denver. I have been the co-head of the House of DragonFire; a leather family dedicated to alternative lifestyle education. I was honored to teach two classes at Beyond Vanilla 2004.
In general, I am interested in getting to know the people and lifestyle organizations in Colorado. I welcome all opportunities to chat about BDSM, Leather, science, philosophy, anthropology, religion, or life in general.
I learned a long time ago that everyone has something to say that can help me to learn and to grow. So, please feel free to drop me a line.
I do not actively search for relationships: I believe that they should develop naturally over time. Rather, I actively search for new friendships; people to connect with in ways that include but are not limited to lifestyle activities. If, over time, as the friendship and trust develops, only then I am open to exploring a casual play relationship. If that works for everyone, and there is desire to go to the next stage, then I am willing to discuss vanilla dates, D/s dates, and/or a sexual relationship. But, the bottom line is that I have learned better than to hurry.
I am probably atypical of the male/het/dom... for a couple of reasons. First, I am really 80% het, 80% top, 0% sub, and 100% poly. in other words, I am a very very picky bi-poly-switch. Second, in addition to topping bottoms and/or submissives, I enjoy topping Tops and Doms. As some of you have heard me talk about before, topping tops is a very different dynamic. One that took me a couple of years to get the hang of, and one I now thoroughly enjoy. So, if you are a Dominant or a Top that needs a safe place to release control, please feel free to drop me a line.
By the way, since there is so much bullshit written in these profiles, don't hesitate to ask me for references. I encourage the practice and will happily supply them.
