Welcome and thank you for looking in on me. This is a work in progress and I will be fleshing it out over the next few weeks. and I hope this means I can stop tap dancing around and list a name since at this point they no longer exist. The account hung around after I first thought it was gone, they even got the pics back up briefly. Myself and others who have contacted me kept up reporting and though the wheels of justice move slowly - they do move. So one down ... right, who am I kidding? That was only a drop in the nasty bucket but I saw it and so I did what I could. Thank you support. |

Well it took 7 days but it seems Support finally got around to zapping the hypothetical, pathetic prick mentioned in my previous entry. I wish it would have been faster but not like any additional harm done. The pics are out there and this girls life has been forever changed. |

Aaaaaarrrrrrrrgh I hate fakes. But some are worse than others. This may have just happened or perhaps I am just engaging in fantastical speculation and fiction. I just do not want to be accused of criticizing anyone REAL around here. I just ran across "hypothetical account X" who presents themselves as an exhibitionist who wants to be seen and wants help getting her pics out there. Oddly enough she wants her full, real name associated with the pics as well as her hometown. That smells wrong from the get go. So I played along to get the full name and see where the pics were and they directed me to an external site with numerous pics, clothed and unclothed.
I then contacted the account again and pointed out I would need verification of identity before I help them. Revenge porn is the latest area of the internet under scrutiny and I was not going to do anything illegal (not to mention slimy and pathetic as well). So I asked for a custom pic with their face included, something easy enough if they were real. Clearly they were skilled at taking selfies, posting them online and ok with showing their face. I also mentioned that if this was impossible for them I could only assume fraud and report them to support.
The attitude from them immediately changed and I was accused of threatening them. They have a wonderful grasp of the obvious as I clearly had threatened TO REPORT THEM TO SUPPORT. The genius then asked if CS knew I was threatening people. My laugh over that made the 30 min effort here absolutely worthwhile.
Then to verify my concerns I Googled the real name and in the top 5 result was a link to a page on myex.com where the pics are literally identified as revenge porn. From there I simply blocked them from contacting me further and reported the whole kit and kaboodle to support. I do hope "hypothetical account X" soon becomes unseen around here. *scene* |
