About GrotonDom

So many times I have started this profile , then scratched my head , erased it, re-wrote it and then finally delete what I wrote. I often wonder why bother? BDSM has become so main stream now, like its cool to be a "sub" ,? a "slave" or a "Master" . There are clubs set up for this that encourage the use of alcohol and drugs prior to "playing", ahhh key word there "playing". Hence, its not their true nature but rather a kink some people are indulging in. Ok, I get it, play on people , enjoy your kink and drink and have a wonderful time.
?
That simply is not me, not a flashy person, not one to brag about my exploits or past exeriences, I am just mere common person whom you walk by on the street and may flash a smile my way. You may notice my how tall I am, or perhaps my lean muscular frame , I would hold a door for you, and nod and reply with a? you"re welcome Ma'am or Miss depending on you age.
?
I was introduced to this lifestyle many years ago, actually by a lady I worked for. You may find a bit interesting to know, I entered this a submissive. She was very unique and intelligent lady, her mannerism most dominant yet in a soft and appealling way. Her style of dress was very classy, she was most prim and proper with her words and actions and mainly it was "that look" she could flash and simply me you weak in the knees. Ironically this relationship did NOT include sex.
I can see the cringes on your face now, NO SEX? OMG why bother then? I guess for me I learned thru Her that sex does't need to be included in a BDSM situation, does not HAVE to be 24/7, yet can still be a true relationship. After many years of learning and reading as well as discussing this topic with many others I am now understanding. What am I understanding? Each of us have our defined path, for some it maybe the flashy club scene, for some its a one on one one power exchange, some are poly and enjoy mulitple partners . In a nutshell this lifestyle is about whatever people make it as long as it is done with trust and respect .
?
What is my path? I am merely here to browse pictures, I love black and whites, pin-up style pictures, photos done with class and a hint of seduction in them. I love to have intelligent conversations on any topic , politics, religion, and of course anything that relates to this walk of life . Although my name refers to me as a dominant, I was recently refered to as a switch , perhap due to the manner I was introduced to this life. It is what it is, perhaps I am indeed a switch, I am forever learning and evolving and enjoying life and all it has to offer.
