Here in a nutshell is My vision of D/s. First and foremost the relationship must be based on mutual trust and respect. I see the Dominant and submissive as an equal partners. The submissive being equally important in the equation as the Dominant. I believe submission is the most precious gift a woman can offer a man. In acceptance of her submission, He also accepts a great responsibility. Not only for her physical and mental safety at all times, but also to help her become the best submissive she can be. She has a deep seated need to please. She wants to learn. It's His responsibility to guide her on a journey of discovery. Skillfully taking control as she willingly surrenders. Taking her to the places she needs to go. Pressing her to go as far as she can, without violating her limits. The most productive training tool I have is communication. Of course at times punishment and reward serve as powerful reinforcement. I use both punishment and reward to guide her, thus changing her behavior to make her more pleasing to Me. I don't believe in casual play. To Me D/s when administered correctly becomes a powerful tool that can shape a both the Dominant and submissive into better people. If My sub's life is not enriched by My influence then I'm doing her an injustice.
