I'm an average laid-back kind of guy who happens to enjoy sadism and power exchange, as well as also enjoying the outdoors, cooking, reading, and playing music. I'm not a godlike uber-dom who's done everything, and who only lives for kink. That doesn't mean I'm not serious about what I do kink-wise, just that it isn't the only thing I do with my life. I prefer to play with people who I can be friends with outside of a session as well.
I'm happy with various flavours of kink dynamic. This could be D/s with control and humiliation/embarrassment elements, DD/lg, bratting, punishment, or just topping for impact play, although whatever I do is likely to involve some spanking. I'm open to it being non-sexual, or most kinky fuckery is fair game. I'm more SSC than RACK, but my definition of safe and sane is no hospital visits, and I'll stretch consensual to include scenes where you can't escape once we've started (if we have that level of trust).
As far as I'm concerned, It doesn't do to paint yourself too firmly into one corner when it comes to play. I want to do what works for the other person in that moment, and what makes it work for me is that connection. My preference would be for regular play where we can both enjoy playing and build more depth to what we do, but I'm fine with less-frequent sessions too.
It's worth saying up front that I have a fiancee. We're poly and we actively encourage each other to play with other people, particularly for things which aren't exactly in the other's preferences.
