The day begins as I awake to the aroma of fresh coffee. She knows that coffee is a must, or the day just wont go right. My mornings are slow, so to get going I start my morning workout routine. While I wake up my body, she offers me my first cup of the day, and with that I smile as she scurries away.
The next thing today, after my workout, is to hop in the shower, to let the tension out. Meanwhile, she's getting my uniform ready for the day. You see, without the proper color scheme, she knows the day just wouldn't go right.
Out of the shower I step, and grab the towel she brought for me, the steam feels good in my lungs. Opening them up along with the caffeine, and even though I may not have finished my first cup, she makes sure my next sip is just as refreshing as the first, because she knows that, if I sip cold coffee, the day just wouldn't go right.
So, now I'm almost ready for work. Early in the morning, my minds half asleep. All the things from last night, my memory didn't keep, but there she is, with a lovable smile. Holding my bag, and it has everything I need for the day. For she knows if I go to work unprepared, my day just wouldn't go right.
The last thing I do, before I leave for work is self reflect on how the day might go. and as I do that, I think it out loud. She loves seeing me in work mode, it makes her so proud, but she didn't forget to feed out pet cat, because she knows before I go. I'll triple check that.
My lips kiss her forehead, then once on the cheek. A peck on the mouth, and a smack to the cheek ;), then I leave.
My morning was perfect, to myself I think. The workout intense, the coffee so sweet. The shower so hot, and she had clean feet.
SO I think to myself, without her. The day just would not go right.
