Having been naturally alpha for as long as I can remember I often found myself in charge. It was not something I ever really thought about. It was just the way things were. But this was in my public and work life.
In my private relationships, I did not want to be so alpha. I wanted to put my own true feelings and impulses aside to be considerate and show respect for the other. However, as I aged I became more and more aware of what I really expected and wanted in my intimate and very personal private life.
