This week

Step 1 - cut out carbord to fit your style of bra and cup size.

Step 2 - punch through with staples. Make sure the ends you can open are on the inside of the cup.

Step 3 -  celotape (gaffer tape if you are gonna use lots/work your your tits into them more. Helps the staples move slightly less) over the top of the cardboard stapled sections.

Step 4 - open the ends of all the staples and insert into your bra.

Obv, more options you can do from there, lol.
