I cannot wait to escape the horrible state of New York and its harsh winters. I am hoping to finally be able to sell my home.....they keep saying it will get better, but haven't seen it yet.
What will facilitate a quicker move ? If I had a sub benefactor who could help find the right home for us....and also be my sub...possibly as a live in.
