<>It was when you were a lot younger and had just moved into digs with a mature couple. Naturally there were rules and as they were friends of your parents you knew that any misbehaviour would be reported back home and would result in a severe application of the cane on your next trip home, this despite the fact that you ware aged 20. It had to happen of course and one night having had a bit too much to drink you made a lot of noise coming in. The following evening you were told that your parents would be ined of your behaviour with the inevitable consequences. You pleaded with them and after a short chat between themselves you were told that if you took a belting over your underwear that the matter would end there. The husband produced a leather strap and while his wife watched you were bent over an armchair and got a sound belting. Of course you inevitably misbehaved on a regular basis and made many a trip over the back of the armchair.
