| I am a mature dom who has many years experience with females in need of discipline and control. I am not into inflicting serious pain and so when administering a spanking normally (although not always) use only my hand. I believe that embarrassment and humiliation can be a more effective punishment than just pain and so emphasise these elements in every disciplinary or control action that I take.
