I am amazed at the complete lack of courtesy I see here.

I love this site and a great deal of the people here, but while granted it is online, it is still a place where common courtesy and decency should be a given and expected. A couple of observations:

Respect is a two way steet, you have to give it to get it. Dominants who demand immediate submission online should try the same lines in a local bar. Do let us know what your results were. Kneel slut is not a great opening line no matter what mommy told you, Grow up, grow a pair and actually have a conversation. Express your interest and give her time to reply. There is a difference between Dominant and arrogant asshole, try to learn the difference please. Thanks

Ladies, if you're approached by someone and you're not interested, say so. There are even conveniently preset buttons for you to click on to do so. As a Dominant, if I take the time to write, even an introductory sentence or two, a reply of some type is common courtesy. Having been in this lifestyle over 20 years, I can tell you that being a bitch is not only not sexy, it actually makes you appear uneducated and unworthy of our time. We are not all cut from the same cloth and each must find their own way, but the rudeness I've seen here would never last in the real world.

One more thing. Everyone has preferences, such as age, body type, etc that they seek. I don't care what you think of my preferences. I'm not here for you to judge nor do I care to hear your opinion, unless you intend to give me a good laugh. Remember, you came here for a reason, same as I. Relax. Enjoy. Life is far too short for you to worry yourself over what the next man likes or doesn't.

Master Storm

I had taken a vacation of sorts from collar me and the lifestyle in general. Some valuable time to evaluate who I am and where I'm going in the lifestyle. Having found some of the local groups to be full of juvenille behavior and sorely lacking in any real grasp of what this lifestyle is truly about, I chose to take a break and take stock so to speak.

There is a time and a place for protocol, but I do not believe that when getting to know someone, potentially as a submissive or not, that it is much more comfortable, especially for a fledling submissive, to feel  that free expression is not only warranted, but is safe and secure to proceed in using. Master, Sir or whatever title you desire to be addressed by other than your given name, is earned, not a given. Respect is like currency, it must be earned honestly and spent wisely. I have seen this abused a great deal and it amazes me how easily it is tolerated.

Submission is a gift, not a right. Anytime you doubt that, try walking into a bar and ordering a woman you desire to get on her knees, see how well that works out for you. Seduction is a dance. Learn. Read. Think. A submissive's most sensual organ is her mind, seduce her mind and all else will follow. In short, you must give respect to get respect.
