05-20-2012--- VERY INTENSE ENEMAS SESSION :  To all my avid readers , I offer my deepest apologies for not keeping my enema journal more up to date....This entry will describe in full detail the most recent ENEMAS SESSION that I endured and trust me when I tell you it was very intense to say the least.............This afternoon I was having another bad bout of severe constipation, and I had given myself a couple glycerine suppositories as well as 3 fleet enemas and nothing was working , so I had little or no choice but to resort to taking a series of large volume soapsuds enemas....... I got out my clear vinyl hospital type 3.5 quart enema bag and had to face the fact that my Sunday afternoon was going to be spent flooding my bowels with hot soapy solution whether I wanted to or not....I was so badly bound up I had no choice but to face the music of what I was going to have to endure..........I got out my new canister of nuetragena soap and added three long squirts into the bag as I began to fill it with hot water....As I stood at my kitchen sink sink, filling and prepping the enema bag, my kitchen window was wide open so I could take in the fresh air, what I forgot was the fact that my litchen curtains were left wide open and as I stood at my sink , very nervously prepping this very large enema, my neighbor Katie happened to be out in her front yard doing a little work in her flower bed and I assume she had clanced up to my window and noticed that I was at my sink , totally nude and was busy as she had guessed getting things ready for my enemas series....From her front yard you can see clearly into my kitchen and anyone near the window is also clearly visible........ I had no more gotten the bag filled and hung in my livingroom and there was a knock at my door, and before I could position myself on the bath towel I had laid out for myself, Katie let herself in and said she had seen me at my kitchen sink totally nude with my ass facing her yard and said she had assumed that I was getting things ready for an enema session for myself.... So she decided to come over to see if she could assist me with it in anyway.......I knew at that point things were going to become more intense than what I had already planned for myself.......I do prefer to be given enemas as it makes concentrating on taking large volumes much easier.....Not to mention it is also much easier on me for the forced retention Katie also reqiures of me when she does administer the enemas to me........With that I asked her if she had the time to spare I would efinately appreciate the added assistance....... She of course seemed all to eager to give my very plugged ass and colon a thorough clean out and work out.......So before the enema began I found myself muttering these exact words to her ...." Katie, I am really in dire need here, please I honestly need for you to force me to take every last ounce you deem necessary and despite any pleas or moans you hear coming from me, ignore them and make me take whatever you feel I need to get completely cleaned out "...........This seemed to somehow turn her right on and the enemas quickly began............She ordered me to lay on my left side down on the bath towel I had laid out on my sofa, and I knew that by the way she took a hold of my ass cheek that asking her for her help I might have bitten off a bit more than I could chew........She took her index finger and coated it with some vicks vapor rub and rapidly thrust it into my tight asshole very deeply and then told that it was time to get the douche nozzle deeply inside of me...............I laid there in anticipation of it and all at once with one clean thrust, she had buried it to the hilt into me , and now I was at the point of no return............The very hot and soapy, frothy solution was about to begin to start rocketing deep into me whether I wanted it to or not..........Tammy, are you ready for your very hot and very soapy enemas to begin ??? ' Katie asked of me......Like I had little choice to say no............And with that I heard the very audible clicks of the flow control clamp click wide open and I glanced up and over my right shoulder and stared at the bag as it began to release its' soapy torrent deep into my very bound up ass..............I let out a moan and my whole body seemed to bear down on the thick nozzle and seemed to grip it very tightly to keep from losing the solution that she was allowing to rapidly fill me..........."ohhhhhh Katie, it's flowing in really fast, please slow it down, I am starting to cramp pretty badly....."  She closed the clamp and gave me a couple of minutes to catch my breath........." "  I muttered " yes I think so " , and again I heard the ratcheting clicks of the clamp come wide open.......... As I neared almost the half way point of the bag  emptying into me , I noticed that the bag was making a gurgling sound but as it was , the gurgling was turning into intense cramping deep inside of me..............At this stage Katie then decided to work the douche nozzle deeper into my quivering ass and ordered me to take it in deeper or face a much soapier and larger enema than what I was already being given............I began to emphatically moan and plead that the was really starting to cramp pretty badly and that I needed her to stop the flow if she would please do so..........She reluctantly did so and that request earned me 10 very sound swats across my ass with her thundering hand..........I was only allowed a brief rest and again heard the very audible clicks of the ratcheting clamp snap open and as I looked over my shoulder again, saw the bag rapidly empty its soapy contents deep into my bowels and made the cramping even more intense than it already was......Katie then said to me "  Tammy , I am not stopping the flow again, you are going to take the last quarter bagful without stopping so just grin and bear it "... " You have no other choice but to at this point "......I watched the bag intently as she raised it high above her shoulders and the flow increased in intensity and the cramping nearly had me doubled over into a fetal position........Then as I watched the last of the very soapy torrent drain into the hose and then surge its' way deep into my bowels Katie said " Ok young lady, let's get you up and march you to the sink for a another couple of pints or maybe even another full couple of quarts "......The hose and nozzle were left buried in me to the hilt and she assisted me off from the sofa and my heart and pulse was racing........How was I ever going to endure this......????? As I waddled to the sink with my exposed ass fully facing her front yard , traffic going past our places , If anyone had glanced up to my window they would have easily seen my reddened ass with hand prints all over it, the hose and nozzle fully inserted and her standing along side of me filling the bag yet again--with my fully distended belly in full view......I was in sheer agony but at the same time very , very turned on and my throbbing clit felt like it was on fire.....She added 4 long squirts of the liquid soap and refilled the clear bag to its maximum capacity........When I saw this , my knees nearly buckled and I let a very audible moan escape past my lips which could have been heard through my open window.......I began to plead very intently......" 2/15/2012---This is going to be the beginning of my new enema journal....So today is the day after Valentines day, and it has been a few days since my last series of enemas....To be honest I feel I am overdue as I feel tired and very listless today....I am off work today as it is a regularly scheduled day off...I think I will contact my neighbor who assists me routinely with my enemas and see if she might be up to the task of forcing me to take several much needed quarts....My ass is wincing in anticipation... Ok, I just got off from the phone with her and she has agreed to to come over and help me again, and she asked me to honestly explain my needs and I told her quite frankly, I AM BOUND UP BAD AND REALLY NEED A THOROUGH CLEAN OUT.....She said to give her 15 minutes and she would be over and we could get started, and to be ready for the enemas when she arrived....So, I need to get to full nude, and get my enema equipment laid out on my kitchen table , and have it ready for her.....I must admit, I am both dreading this and yet in a strange way looking forward to it, as I love the relentless flow that courses through me as I hear the loud "click" of the flow control hung the bag high on the curtain rod near me, and inserted the long douche nozzle into me all the way to the hilt......She then made me retain this position for what seemed to be an eternity before she finally opened the clamp and started the solution flowing into me.....It was very , very soapy, and quite warm , almost hot to the touch , and my bottom was quivering as it began its relentless torrent deep into me....About 30 seconds into the enema , I felt the first cramp hit me and it was strong, and I started to plead with her to slow the flow down just a little, but my plea went breather I was being given...She then took the bag down from where it was hung on the curtain rod and ordered me to my kitchen sink....My heart sank when she ordered this as I knew she was going to re-fill the bag again and try to force another full quart of solution into me on top of what I had already taken and had yet to take....The nozzle and hose were left in me as she filled the bag again, and then escorted me back to the chair and told me once again to kneel on the towel in the chair....Only this time she had turned the chair to a sideways position, so that I could see out to the street and anyone looking in could see a side-view of the relentless filling that I was enduring as well as see my rapidly bulging tummy as I got even fuller....The bag was re-hung and the clamp once
