Yep I'm professionally trained in hypnotherapy which means that I'm not a "health professional" - I'm your motivator, facilitator and coach becauseYOU get to do the work on yourself!!
So what is hypnosis?
*It's the "day dream" state that you experience just before you go to sleep and just after you wake up
*You are aware (and not asleep) during hypnosis but not fully awake as you are as you read this
*You cannot be hypnotised against your will
*Any suggestions that are against your beliefs or moral code will cause you to come out of hypnosis
