It's not here because I need my job! Another person in our company was using a similar site, was spotted and HR made them go away. I don't need that grief BUT I will gladly share a pic with those I am interested in getting to know.

About me in general.
I believe life should be fun, you should laugh a lot. Everyone should have their needs met and if at all possible, desires fulfilled. Therefore those are My goals for me and my chosen submissive.
I work in a field that requires me to be creative which carries over into most other areas of life. Music supplies the lifeblood for me. Sets the mood for everything I do.
I love a good movie, going to events and enjoying a concert or sporting event.
And I love to laugh, so laugh damn it!
Less general
I am experienced and am active in the local lifestyle scene, although work has made that less so this past year.
I believe that basic human respect should be given to all, and that includes submissives.
I realize that for most we must live a vanilla life for part of the time and I respect that when training, assigning tasks and duties.
I see the relationship between Dom/sub to be a journey. We both grow. I train my sub to be everything I need and desire. I will also train her to be what she was meant to be. I polish her inner being and needs so that she is fulfilled and reaches her full potential.
The sub allows me to grow by fulfilling my potential as a Dom but further by her knowledge and wisdom. Yes, I learn from her and with her creative input we will find ourselves on new paths neither had imagined or may have been apprehensive to try.
Remember this is to be fun! you will laugh even when mistakes happen. Enjoy life and each other.
My sub should expect to have her needs met and if she earns it her desires fulfilled as well.
I have also trained subs for others and while I use the same techniques and philosophies I make sure the sub knows who she will serve when she leaves My training.
Not all who are called submissive will meet my needs. The right submissive will experience bondage (a favorite of mine), floggings, some breast torture, controlled orgasms, perhaps some knife play and if she is a very good submissive she will earn the right to be taken as I choose. Beyond the obvious requirements of serving and obeying she needs to learn me well and anticipate my needs. Learning is the key. I will train her to be all she was meant to be and to serve my needs.
she will be trained to function on her own when out of my presence but to always adhere to my guidelines and commands. Training will include online tasks, real world tasks and tasks when we are together. She must also be able to laugh when things don't go just right, Must not take life too seriously
Age is not a concern of mine although I have had my best experiences with submissives in the 30 to 45 year old range. I am also not concerned with your vanilla relationships other than I expect to the ultimate authority. In other words, if you have a significant other, expect to have to ask me for permission for certain kinds of contact and there may be limits put on it. They don't have to know about Me but they will feel my presence . . .
