What I want in a girl is of course difficult to say for certain with one exception - she needs to be intelligent. Meaning she needs to be able to hold a decent conversation and argue her position in a discussion. I'm a dom, not some stubborn idiot who refuses to believe that he could ever be wrong. And unlike some men, I have no inferiority complex with regards to education or income - if she makes more money than I do, I can't really see that as a problem myself. I have a similar attitude towards jealousy - I don't get it.
Experience isn't as important as a willingness to learn in my book. That goes both ways - for instance I'd love to learn the art of Shibari, and if I met a sub who was an expert, I'd be a willing and patient student, but I'm not making any promises with regards to skill. It's not a problem for me, if the girl is inexperienced either. I can be extremely patient when needed.
I'm not a "leather dom" or anything like that - I have no clothing fetishes, so don't expect or worry that I'll show up for a date dressed like something out the Blue Oyster Bar. I try to dress in what I consider nice clothes - suit and tie. Obviously the tie and belt serve practical purposes as well.
I had my start in my mid to late twenties, and I mostly do domination - like I said, sadism in and of itself doesn't do anything for me.
