About DrJud
To me D/s is a very special type of loving relationship. I believe that true love is selfless, unconditional and everlasting.
My Lady (whom I have not yet found) is a magnificent woman and a very special person. She is intelligent and has an incredibly generous heart. She is willing to learn new concepts, has no reservations about my having complete dominion over every aspect of her life, wants to obey me as much as she wants to be alive and wants to work at making our relationship healthy and mutually rewarding. She forgives my shortcomings. She is a very lovely woman, well-mannered and easy to look at.
While I believe in well-established rules for my Lady and clear consequences for breaking the rules, I am not arbitrary. I am very fair and egalitarian, being a feminist at heart. I am also very romantic. I have evidence that I have been Dominant at least from the age of 6, and possibly earlier (my babysitter appears to have been my first sub). I have given considerable thought to the many issues that surround D/s. In 1981-2 I wrote a D/s novel entitled Mastery 101: The Manual. The publisher who had agreed to put it on the press at that time backed out at the last minute. I have since published it as an e-book.
The document that contains the rules I create for my Lady is called the Book of Rules, Rituals, Devotions, Assignments and Discipline. It is unique to each relationship.
My interests in music are primarily classical. My three favorite orchestral/choral works are the Verdi Requiem, Carmina Burana by Carol Orff and Beethoven's 7th Symphony. In the symphonic wind ensemble medium, classical again: Holst, Vaughn-Williams, etc., as well as several contemporary composers, particularly Julie Giroux. In the world of jazz, my tastes are also classical: Dave Brubeck and Miles Davis, for example. I also enjoy the folk music of many parts of the world. I have been principal percussionist and Trustee of a Massachusetts-based symphonic wind ensemble, since 1970. Videos of our performances can be found on our YouTube channel, to be disclosed.
