I am a young woman, confident in my path in the world, sure of my dreams and my talents. Sure of myself. I am affectionate but distant, quiet but literate, just as quick to give you a smile as a smartass remark, with a penchant for video games and music and books of all sorts.
Superficially: I want someone male, preferably between the ages of 20-29. Of sound body, and mind; I can be hard to keep up with sometimes. And preferably within arm's reach, in NYC.
Otherwise: I want someone to share things with, someone to whom passion is threefold-mentally, spiritually, physically necessary. Someone who can take care of me, someone who will not be offended when I try to take care of them. I have a life, and a mind, and I want my partner to have the same--otherwise, it makes the games we play behind closed doors no fun at all. Where's the fun in playing a game you've already won?
It's cuddles and kisses and bruises left after a night well-spent, marks to remember and sweat to scent the sheets. It's blood, and it's life, and love, and loyalty of the deepest sort.

I'm verbose, sometimes. Maybe this isn't the way I meant to put this at all, but it's what I've got right now. Don't let my distance in words stop you from pursuing what you think you see.

As of now I've found that someone I want to share my life with. I've met many fascinating people here, though, and I'd like to continue to share thoughts with those people, so this profile is staying up. My interest in BDSM has always been rather intellectual at best.

Purgatory, Feb. 9. If you come out, feel free to say hello. Look for the one in white.

I'm hitting up Synthetic New Years tonight at Amos', and I'm feeling social. If you're feeling social as well, say hello. =]

I realize by saying this I'm cutting out approximately 90% of the messages I recieve, but I simply can't bring myself to respond to one-line messages. Seriously, what's the point in messaging someone and simply saying "hi how r u"? Atrocious grammar aside, honestly folks. This isn't a chat room, you can take a little time to come up with something that gives a person reason to respond. Also, any mails demanding automatic subservience or personal information will be deleted, and if you are lucky you'll get a scathingly witty dismissal in return.

Not that I expected any better from this place, but I had hoped...

The interests list needs a box simply marked "life." Because there's nothing I love more.
