We enjoy many kinds of play, but we love sharp and shiny things like
needles and knives the best. *g*

In our lifestyle, we hear of "natural" submissives and dominants, but not
of "natural" masochists and for many years, being one, I thought I was,
well..... weird. lol My enjoyment of pain did not have to be cultivated or
"trained" into me. Even as a child, most types of "boo-boos" gave me a rush of
endorphins, which made me laugh and cry at the same time. When I hit my
thirties, certain kinds of pain (never in a sexual pretext) caused intense
arousal, and boy, I really felt deranged! And then I discovered what a gift it
is. *S*  I am so glad I don't feel weird or deranged anymore. (And yes, I still
get the giggles when I hurt myself. *s*) Lately, I have become curious as to
how common (uncommon?) this phenomenon is.
